Updating and changing shipping and billing information for an order is simple - as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Go to the Customer Login page and enter your password and email. Now click on the "View orders" link. Click on the order you'd like to update. Click the Edit button next to the relevant listing and simply change your shipping address, payment method, shipping method and/or billing address. For security reasons, when you change your shipping address you will need to re-enter your credit card number.
If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," this means it is being prepared for shipment and can't be changed. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order
