This Outdoor Gear Guide is packed full of information about outdoor gear, with a focus on clothing & footwear – written for a first-time outdoor adventurer.
Snowgum has been catering for the needs of outdoor enthusiasts for 80 years, since the first Scout Shop opened in Melbourne in 1926. Over the years, Snowgum has melded all of that practical outdoor experience with fashionable styling to deliver a high performance range of lifestyle climate control clothing. Our heritage, however, remains in the outdoors and Snowgum has a focus on Scouts and Schools Outdoor Education programs.
Our people
Our team members are well trained and our product range is carefully selected with safety top of mind and comfort second. We also understand that the proposed investment may be for a short 5 day experience so it must be affordable. In every product category we offer a range of price options (not all of which are included in this guide as products change from time to time).
The most important thing is we guarantee our products will perform to the required standards – your life may depend on it!
Are you involved in a School, Scouts or other Outdoor Organisation?
Snowgum has a partner program which offers substantial discounts on the gear in this guide as well as an additional loyalty rebate for your School or Scout Group.
So not only can we offer your students/members the best prices on outdoor gear, we will also provide financial support to your organisation. All you need to qualify is to have at least 50 families in your organisation, and that you are engaged in an active outdoor program.
