Return Policy
Items returned but not under a warranty claim must be received by Snowgum no more than ten days from the date of receipt by the customer. These items must be in their original "as new" condition to be accepted for a refund of purchase price (not including postage if relevant).Items may be returned for a warranty claim under the manufacturers warranty conditions. Please note that all refunds require proof of purchase.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to a period of 60 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.
Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style.
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or use our Phone Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by a copy or original invoice. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines above.
Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock.
Please note that if the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honour the cheaper price on your new order - just contact us using the Contact link at the top of our site.
Packing & Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- For unworn items - repack your item in the original packaging.
- Include your original or a copy of your invoice. If you would like an exchange, place another order online. We will credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
- Include a reason for each item you wish to return. This is merely used for feedback to our product team to continut to improve our products.

If you no longer have the Invoice: Please Log In and view your order and print out a summary of your order. Circle the item(s) you are returning, write in the reason for return, and include the printout with your return.
Unfortunately, Snowgum cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via email or use our Phone Support.
Please note: Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
