Closing Your Account
OK! So you want to close your account. Just so you know - once it's closed, it's gone!
Of course, if you want to order anything from us in the future, you can easily open a new account.
To close your account, first visit My Account and cancel any outstanding orders associated with the account. Once that's done, click the Contact Us link in the "Need Help?" section of the My Account page and email us to request that your account be closed. Please make sure to send your request from the e-mail address associated with the account you would like to close, so that we can verify your identity.
