Viewing and Amending an Existing Order

You can view and amend your existing order during the Shopping process by accessing the contents of your Shopping Bag. This can be done from the time of adding items to your Bag until the Billing Step of the Checkout Process. When the order progresses to the Payment Step, no further amendments can be made.

During the Shopping Process

  • You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by selecting the Items in your Bag link in the Shopping Cart Facility (top right corner of the page). Here you can review the details of the items you have added (style, colour, size, quantity, price etc…). If necessary, you can amend the desired quantity or remove the item altogether. You can also return to the item via the available link and review specifics of the product.
  • When entering the Checking Out Process, you can again access the contents of your Shopping Bag at the first step of the process – “Your Shopping Bag”. Here you can review the details of the items you have added (style, colour, size, quantity, price etc…) and amend your order if necessary. It is important to review your Shopping Bag before proceeding to the next step to ensure you have chosen the correct products, but also, the correct variables of products (size, colour etc…)
  • You can view your Shopping Bag at any point during the Checking Out process by selecting the “Your Shopping Bag” tab of the horizontal bar located at the top of the page. Where you currently sit within the process is highlighted in orange.

After Order Confirmation

You can view your history of orders through the Customer Account Login. The login is located in the Shopping Cart Facility in the top right hand corner of the Website or here.  Simply enter your email address and your password (as specified by you during your first purchase).
