Canceling Items from an Order
You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Visit the "View orders" section of My Account. Next to the order which contains the item you wish to cancel, click the "Modify Order" button. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process you will be given the option to edit the order. To cancel an item click the button labeled "Need to change and item?" On the following page you can cancel the item from the order.
